The holiday season has finally started and Christmas is well on the way. I must say I wasn't read at all! Where I live the weather isn't anything but inconsistent. For example, 3 days ago it was 30ºC outside! In the middle of December! And now it is almost 7ºC! It is ridiculous, one day I'm in shorts, the next I'm freezing and fighting for the heater (my brother and I share one). This unpredictable weather has been nothing but nuisance to me.
Anyways, I gathered some of my favorite and basic beauty items. I've been using them everyday!
Skin
Let's start with the skin. I've been obsessing over Aveeno's Positively Radiant daily moisturizer. Since this crazy weather changes my skin has been getting day by day dryer. This awesome moisturizer comes with SPF 30, so back away sun! It is also suppose to even out skin tones but I haven't seen any changes to be honest. Either way, this moisturizer is my life skin savior!
Eyes
Moving down with eyes! I have 3 items I can't stop using! Truly the most basic, I can't go out with at least one of them on my face. I don't have long lashes, they are pathetic! Maybelline's The Colossal Cat Eyes is a must for beautiful eyelashes! The wand is curved, so it's application is incredibly easy. It literally turns my pathetic little lashes into long and voluminous ones. The great thing about this product is that it is very cheap and you can buy it in any drugstore! Definitely worth it.
Following the drugstore trend, I show you E.L.F's Waterproof Eyeliner Pen. It is, for me, very easy to apply than liquid liners or eyeliner pencils. The greatest thing of all, it is only worth 2 bucks!! What more could you ask?
Next in line is Sephora's Moonshadow baked palette (in nude). This eyeshadow palette was gifted to me by my best friend. It includes 10 beautiful glittery eyeshadows. It is excellent for the holiday season, to add some sparkle to your face. What is winter without some glitter? The only problem with it is the pigmentation is really soft. It can easily be fixed with a little trick! Lightly water to your brush before using the shadow. Take the excess off and you are done! Simply apply the eyeshadow as always and it would give a more intense look. You can do this for every eyeshadow you want! The upper colors are very natural but combined with the lower ones you can easily turn your day look into a night one! Very convenient!
Lips
For a nice winter look you can't go wrong with dark lips. My favorite lipstick at the moment its M·A·C's Russian Red lipstick! It's AMAZING! This looks great in night or day, although I personally use it at night. It is very soft and doesn't dry out your lips. The best of all it that you don't need retouches! It stays with you all night!
Nails
Last but not least: nails! You can never finish an outfit without a cute nail polish! I'll start with Milani's One Coat Glitter in silver dazzle shade! No joke, you can fully paint your nails with one coat. And I repeat: What is winter without some glitter? The last basic item for winter is Sally Hansen's Gel Polish in pat n the black. 3 words, I love it. That's all I need to say. Not only the color is incredible but forget about chips! The Sally Hansen's salon gel polish kit is a winner! (Keep an eye for a full review).
That's all for this post! Winter is my favorite season! What's yours?? Pleasee comment down below! I want to know all about you!
Thank you! kisses <3
